  • I'm in ! What do I need to do ?

    First of all please register with runtogether.co.uk

    • please ensure you fill in your emergency contact and medical details.

    Then drop us a message and we'll send you the website link listing  our upcoming sessions. 

    When you're ready, click on a link and book yourself in !

    Pro-tip: remember to bookmark the website link for future use.


    There's also the On The Fun facebook group where we post updates and running selfies ... lots of running selfies :-)

  • When will you add new runs ?

    The web page links will be updated several times a week – we want to avoid the OTR equivalent of everyone staying up till midnight to book a Tescos slot, so they won’t be at set times. 

    All the announcements will be date stamped so you’ll be able to tell if you’ve seen the latest one. 

  • I'm stuck .. can you help ?

    Here's our members how to document, which we think covers most things. So please check it first.


    If you are struggling to get registered or book a run please let us know.

    We're all volunteers with day jobs, but we'll get back to you just as soon as we can !

  • The runs I want to go on are shown as full :-(

    The status is only updated when we update the website several times a week, so don't be discouraged some one may have cancelled since or capacity could have been increased.

    Its always worth checking to see if a space has become free.

  • I can't see any On The Run runs on Runtogether

    All of our runs are only accessible by private links.

    The only way to view and book a run is use on of these links - which are shared on our members only OTR webpage (or via email).


    On RunTogether, if you visit the On The Run group, you will not be able to see our upcoming training sessions - even if you are logged in and have booked before.

  • Can I see which other runners will be in my group ?

    Leaders can see who’s booked to run with them, but we don't have a way to show other runners for privacy reasons. Its a good way of meeting new people ! 

  • Which runs am I suited to ?

    Please check our what's my gear page.


    Sessions will always be crafted to accomodate the minimum gear listed.  


    We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and up to the next gear for a session (every now and then) - especially when you start to feel comfortable in your gear.  Our leaders are super supportive and have strategies to adapt when running with hard workers.

  • Can I book more than one session at a time

    Yes, you’re welcome to book onto more than one session... but it would be helpful if you don’t book them all at the same time, to give others a chance.

  • Can I cancel a session I've booked ?

    If you can't make a session, then please cancel to give others a chance.


    You'll need to log into run together to do this - details are explained in the members how to document.

    If you get really stuck then get hold of the training team.
