We train on most days of the week. We like to keep things varied too! Our sessions range from on and off road general runs to more intense interval sessions often with a focus on technique for increased speed and efficiency. Distances vary but we cater for every ability. We're famous for it!

No headphones during training sessions - not even those bone conduting ones! Your leader needs to know he/she has your attention at all times!
